At your first appointment the physiotherapist will assess your problem and consult with you to develop a treatment plan. Before we commence any treatment its purpose and any potential issues will be explained to you and your consent obtained. If we don’t believe that physiotherapy will assist you – we will refer you to someone who can help.

We specialise in complete physiotherapy rehabilitation along with podiatry care and both sport and therapeutic massage, whichever is the appropriate solution for your welfare.

Our policy is payment in full on the day of treatment

Physio Plus are bound by New Zealand Physiotherapy Board Code of Ethics and Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights. If you are not satisfied with the service you receive, there is a standard process to follow. Please ask any member of staff for further details. We appreciate your feedback, which enables us to modify what we do to provide the best service possible.

If at any stage during treatment, you would like a second opinion, please talk with your physiotherapist and they will assist you.

If you would like a chaperone at your treatment we are happy to oblige.
